Craig runs a very professional and very organised outfit. His construction management is excellent, his forward planning is excellent. He provides a very competent and precise service. A lot of his work is civil engineering and concrete work which requires that level of professionalism.

CSW did all the groundworks for a new build property in West Hill. He was very professional and helped us throughout the self build process. He kept the site lovely and tidy. He has a great work ethic and provided advice a guidance throughout. He is pro-active and easy to work with.

I’ve worked with Craig on several projects. Over the years, a few new builds , extensions, garages etc Craig is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, very accurate, very keen to do a good job. He is good at talking – explaining and clarifying himself so that you understand. His work is really good as are the guys that work for him –you can never fault anything they do.

He never set false expectations and never let me down. I worked with him for two and a half years on a massive project they done exactly what I wanted in a professional and friendly manner. The friendly staff are a real credit to this company.

CSW have done various bits of groundworks for us – including potholes, sink holes concreting etc (which needed action immediately) and landscaping projects. He’s always been really good. He’s been very flexible and easy when there have been issues at hand – he’s very helpful at explaining and walking you through the solutions without making you feel like an idiot. He doesn’t seem to take advantage of you with his pricing.

CSW put in some drainage for us. He was very approachable and helpful. The workers who came on site were very pleasant, polite and got the work done.

I first me Craig as he was the demolition contractor on the building we were replacing. I decided to keep him for the new build too. Craig did all the groundworks for us. The house was somewhat specialised – timber framed and glass. Craig didn’t do the building himself but he performed the groundworks right up to the peers that the house sits on.
